Specialized technician – Assembly & Integration Supervisor

At CILYX, we design and build custom-made special machines for cutting‑edge industries: pharmaceutical, aeronautics, space, energy, defense… Today, we are looking for a Assembly Manager ready to transform technical drawings into concrete industrial solutions.

Your Role

You are at the heart of the action:

Complete mechanical assembly (structures, precision fitting, subassemblies)
Electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical integration
Close collaboration with the engineering department
Commissioning, adjustments, and testing in the workshop
Installation & commissioning at our customers’ sites (Belgium & abroad)
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and technical standards

You have real autonomy and a global view of the projects.

Your Profile

✔ Degree in electromechanics
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial and/or pharmaceutical machinery
✔ Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings
✔ Knowledge of automation (Siemens / TIA Portal = an asset)
✔ FR + EN
✔ Willingness to take part in consultancy assignments directly at customer sites
✔ Rigorous mindset, solution‑oriented, strong team spirit
