Project Engineer

To support this growth, CILYX is looking for a Project Engineer.

Your mission

You will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects on behalf of major clients.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of technical proposals in collaboration with the sales team;
• Ensure overall project monitoring: budget management, deadline compliance, quality compliance (CE), billing milestones, technical reporting, scheduling, and financial reporting to the CFO;
• Manage all client relations: progress reports, technical monitoring, notification of changes, contractual aspects, etc.;
• Manage changes to client specifications and change orders;
• Manage technical coordination between lots, validate technical choices;
• Manage test protocols: FAT, SAT;
• Oversee the installation and modification of special machines;

Required profile

• Civil engineering degree;
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience, ideally in machine design (an asset);
• Good communicator, organized, able to manage several projects simultaneously;
• Independent, proactive, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented;
• Excellent command of French and English (a third language is a plus);
• Team spirit, integrity, dynamism, and motivation to take on ambitious industrial challenges.
